Preparation time  : 1/2 hour Servings : 4 or 5 people Ingredients: Chicken- 1/2 tsp Vinegar- 1 tsp Curd- 2 tsp Tomato ketchup-2 tsp Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp Chicken 65 masala powder- 1 tsp Chilly powder- 1tsp Fennel seed powder- 3/4 tsp Rice flour- 1 tsp Maida flour- 1 tsp Salt per taste Oil Method: Put the washed chicken in the bowl Add Ginger garlic paste, curd and vinegar with it . Unniyappam INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour- 2 cup Brown sugar- 1 1/2 cup Ghee- 2 tsp Cardamom powder- 1 tsp, Salt per taste Required oil for frying NOTE: If you don't have brown sugar, you should use the ordinary sugar METHOD: Put the wheat flour in the bowl Then add brown sugar,cardamom powder and salt Add enough water to make a unniyappam batter and Stir well Mix well without any lumps Turn on the stove and put the frying pan on it Pour some coconut oil for frying Add 2 tsp of ghee for great aroma Add 1 tsp of baking soda and mix well Once the oil is heat, put the unniyappam batter in the oil one by one. INGREDIENTS: Tuna fish pieces- 5 Grated Coconut- 1 cup Turmeric powder-1 tsp Salt (per taste ) Fennel seeds-1 tsp Cumin- 1 tsp Pepper corns- 1 tsp Cardamom-1 tsp Tamarind- 1 small amla size Garlic- 1 Shallots- 5 cut into small pieces  Dry chillies- 2 Curry leaves Oil Water (as required) METHOD: Pour some water and put the fish pieces Add 1 tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp of salt with it.Let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Chettinad Fried Chicken Masala INGREDIENTS: Chicken- 1 kg Onion -1 Capsicum- 1 Tomato -1 Green chillies- 1 Ginger paste- 2 tsp, Garlic-4 Scallion leaf as required for garnishing FOR  MASALA: Dried Chillies- 5  Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Cardamom- 1 tsp Mace- 1 Cloves- 4 or 5 Cinnamon stick-1 Pepper corns- 1 tsp Fennel Seed- 1 tsp Coriander- 1 tsp Coconut milk- 1 cup Coriander leaves for garnishing  Salt per taste Turmeric powder-1 tsp Pinch of kesari colour powder (optional) Oil and ghee as per required Curd-2 tsp NOTE: Its better take as a whole spices instead of powder .It will give awesome taste after roasted it. METHOD: Turn on  the stove and put the vessel on it Once the pan is hot,  Put all whole spices in the pan and roast them for 5 minutes Turn off the stove and let it cool down. Once it cooled down, grind them well with the help of mixer/blender No need to add any water.Simply grind them as a fine powder Then add ginger and garlic

Herbal Tea INGREDIENTS: Milk- 1/2 litre Water- 2 cup Ginger- 2 tsp Tulsi leaves- 10 or 15 Cardamom -  6 or 7 Tea powder- 5 tsp Pure brown sugar- 3 tsp METHOD: Turn on the stove and put the vessel with milk on it and Let it boil Now turn on the other side burner and put the vessel   Pour some water and Let it boil Once the water is hot, put the tea powder Once the tea powder is started to boil, keep the stove on low flame Then put the ginger paste, cardamom powder and tulsi leaves Stir well and let it boil for 10 more minutes After 10 minutes, the great aroma will come out.Then turn off the stove Once the milk is boiled, turn off the stove Now filter the tea decoction Mix the milk and tea decoction together Put the required brown sugar as per taste and stir well Healthy and delicious herbal tea is ready Thank You Watch below video for full recipe making

Egg Kuruma Masala INGREDIENTS: Boiled Egg-4 Onion Paste- 1(cut and blend them as a fine paste) Tomato Puree- 2(cut and blend as well) Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp Coconut milk- 1 cup Cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf, mace, cloves(take all per 1/2 tsp) Fennel seed powder- 2 tsp Egg kuruma masala- 2 tsp Pepper powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Chilli powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Green chillies- 2  Coriander leaves for garnishing Salt per taste, Oil as required METHOD: Turn on the stove and put the vessel on it . Add  2 tsp oil and let it heat.
