Delicious Tuna Fish Scramble
Today let's see how to make delicious shark fish scramble.
INGREDIENTS:
- Tuna fish pieces- 5
- Grated Coconut- 1 cup
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Salt (per taste )
- Fennel seeds-1 tsp
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Pepper corns- 1 tsp
- Cardamom-1 tsp
- Tamarind- 1 small amla size
- Garlic- 1
- Shallots- 5 cut into small pieces
- Dry chillies- 2
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Water (as required)
METHOD:
- Pour some water and put the fish pieces
- Add 1 tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp of salt with it.Let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Put the grated coconut and all whole spices,garlic and tamarind
- Blend them without add any water and Make a rough paste like this.
- Turn off the stove and take out all the boiled fish pieces.
- Remove all the fish skin and thorns.
- Once remove all the skins and thorns, smash them like a puttu batter.
- Then mix the blended masala with it and smash them as well
- If u need any salt ,add with it as per taste
- Small both of them like a puttu batter. Lit up the stove and put the frying pan
- Pour 3 tsp oil and let it heat
- Once the oil is heated ,put cumin seeds,then dry chillies,curry leaves and then add shallots with it
- Fry them all together until the shallots became golden brown colour
- Then add a tuna fish scramble with it and mix well
- Fry them well until the masala smell goes down.Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix them well
- Keep the burner as sim and let them cook for 10 minutes
- Its all done,Delicious Tuna fish scramble is ready
- Turn off the stove.
