How to make homemade mini unniyappam

INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour- 2 cup
- Brown sugar- 1 1/2 cup
- Ghee- 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder- 1 tsp, Salt per taste
- Required oil for frying
NOTE: If you don't have brown sugar, you should use the ordinary sugar
METHOD:
- Put the wheat flour in the bowl
- Then add brown sugar,cardamom powder and salt
- Add enough water to make a unniyappam batter and Stir well
- Mix well without any lumps
- Turn on the stove and put the frying pan on it
- Pour some coconut oil for frying
- Add 2 tsp of ghee for great aroma
- Add 1 tsp of baking soda and mix well
- Once the oil is heat, put the unniyappam batter in the oil one by one.
- Keep the stove on low flame
- Use the small spoons for making mini unniyappam
- Once the unniyappam is getting light brown colour, let's turn it on the other side and let it fry
- Once the both sides are cooked so well, let's take out and transfer it on serving plates
- Delicious homemade unniyappam is ready
