Preparation time : 1/2 hourServings: 4 or 5 people
Ingredients:
- Chicken- 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Curd- 2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup-2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Chicken 65 masala powder- 1 tsp
- Chilly powder- 1tsp
- Fennel seed powder- 3/4 tsp
- Rice flour- 1 tsp
- Maida flour- 1 tsp
- Salt per taste
- Oil
Method:
- Put the washed chicken in the bowl
- Add Ginger garlic paste, curd and vinegar with it .
- Add Salt Per taste
- Add Chicken 65 masala powder, chilly powder, fennel seed powder
- Mix well
- Let it marinate for 1/2 hour
- After 1/2 hour, turn on the stove and put the frying pan on it
- Put marinated chicken in the pan
- No need to add water
- Mix well
- Let it cook for 10 minute
- Once it half cooked, add tomato ketchup(If you don’t have tomato ketchup, use tomato puree)
- Mix well for 2 minutes
- Turn off the stove and let it cool
- Take one bowl, put rice flour and maida flour.Then mix well with little bit of water
- Add this mixture in the chicken and mix well
- Then turn on the stove and put the frying pan
- Pour 2 or 3 tsp oil
- Once the oil is hot, put the chicken pieces one by one and let it fry on both sides
- Let it cook for 10 minutes
- Delicious Chicken Kebabs are ready.
