Roadside Mushroom
INGREDIENTS
TO MUSHROOM CABBAGE PAKODA:
1.Chopped Cabbage : 200 gram
2.Chopped Mushroom : 200 gram
3.Maida /All Purpose Flour : 3/4 cup
4.Corn Flour : 1/4 tsp
5.Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
6.Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for frying
TO GRAVY:
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp(optional)
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp/ per taste
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water
TO CORN FLOUR MIX:
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves and onion (for garnishing)
METHOD:
Add chopped cabbage and mishroom in large bowl.
Fry till it became golden crisp on medium flame..
Once pakoda is ready, Drain them and transfer to the plate.
Add two tbsp of oil in pan.
Add one Finely chopped onion and tomato.
Add one tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute well until it's raw smell goes down.
Saute well for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce , soya sauce and red chilli sauce.
If you dont have sauce, grind one or two sour tomatoes into paste and mix well with gravy until it's raw smell goes down.
To make corn flour mix, add two tbsp corn flour with 1/4 cup water.
Pour the corn flour mix in gravy and stir well.
Add 2 tbsp water if you want.
Add mushroom pakoda and stir gently.
Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
