INGREDIENTS:

Squid / Kanava - 1/2 kg Chopped Onion - 1 Chopped Tomato - 1 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Green Chilli - 1 Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Curry Leaves Pepper Powder - 3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 3/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Salt Per taste Coriander Leaves Oil - 3 tbsp

METHOD:

1. Cut and clean the squid . 2.Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt per taste. 3.Mix well. 4.Pour oil in pan and Fry the squid pieces on medium low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. 5.Drain the oil and transfer to any plate.Keep aside. 6.In the same oil, add mustard seeds. 7.Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and other spices. 8.Saute well for few minutes. 9.Add fried squid pieces and stir well.Add salt per taste. 10.Cook well on medium low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. 11.Garnish with some coriander leaves. 12.Serve hot and enjoy with rice.
