INGREDIENTS:

Chopped Pineapple - 1 small size Rava / Semolina - 1 & 1/2 cup Sugar - 2 cup Yellow kesari powder - 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron as per taste Ghee as per taste Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Raisins & Cashew nuts - as per taste Water

METHOD:

1.Put chopped pineapple in mixie jar. 2.Blend and make a smooth paste. 3.In a hot pan, pour ghee and add rava . 4.Roast for 5 minutes until nice aroma cameout. 5.Transfer the roasted rava to any plate. 6.Pour ghee and coconut oil. 7.Add Raisins and cashew nuts as per taste. 8.Roast them for a minute. 9.Add blended pineapple paste.Stir well. 10.Pour two cup of water and yellow kesari powder.Mix well. 11.Cook for 5 minutes. 12.Add roasted rava and stir well .Let it cook for five more minutes. 13.Add pinch of saffron and cardamom powder.stir well. 14.Once ghee started to release from kesari, turn off the stove. 15.Serve hot and enjoy.
