PANI PURI | How to make pani puri at home

PANI PURI

In this video we will see tasty pani puri recipe in tamil with english subtitle.Panipuri is one of the india's most famous street food recipe.Everybody likes pani puri.It is also called as golgappa .Am going to make this original pani puri recipe in street food style.Try this delicious recipe at home and enjoy with your family.

INGREDIENTS:

TO MAKE PURI: RAVA/SUJI - 2 CUP MAIDA - 3 TBSP WATER TO MAKE GREEN PANI : Mint leaves - 1 cup Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup Green Chillies - 2 Jaggery powder - 1/4 cup Ginger - small piece Salt per taste Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp Chatt masala - 1/2 tsp Tamarind Water - 1/3 cup Kara boondi - 1/2 cup POTATO STUFFING: Boiled potato(large) -1 Chopped Onion -1 Red chilli powder - 3/4 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder - 3/4 tbsp Salt per taste METHOD: 1.Put rava and maida in large bowl. 2.Add enough water and knead well to make smooth dough. 3.Keep it covered with wet cloth for 15 to 20 minutes. 4.To make Green Pani , put mint ,corinader leaves,ginger, jaggery powder,green chillies,salt with enough water in mixie jar. 5.Grind and make a smooth paste. 6.Pour this with two cups of water in large bowl. 7.Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and mix well.Keep aside. 8.To make potato stuffing, take one large boiled potato in bowl. 9.Add chopped onion, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt per taste.Mash well. 10.After 15 minutes, cut the soft dough into 4 parts. 11.Roll the soft dough with rolling pin. 12.Cut them with sharpe edge cutter . 13.Deep fry until it became crispy golden colour. Note: Once you drop the puri in hot oil, gently press the puri with spoon until it puffs up. 14.Once it became golden colour, transfer to serving bowl. 15.Follow the same steps for all remaining puris.
DELICIOUS PANI PURI IS READY. 16.Before put the potato stuffing, add tamarind water and kara boondi in green pani.mix well. 17.Finally, take one puri and crush it in middle and fill the potato stuffing and pour or dip into green pani.Enjoy.
