Healthy and tasty Tapioca/Maravalli kilangu masiyal Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

Tapioca (medium/large size)/ Maravalli Kilangu - 1 Chopped Shallots - 5 to 6 Curry Leaves Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp Dry chillies - 4 to 5 Salt per taste Coconut Oil Grated Coconut

METHOD:

1. Cut and Clean Chopped Tapioca/Maravalli kilangu . 2. Add Salt per taste and pour enough water. 3. Boil it on full flame. 4. After it cooked upto 95% , turn off the stove. 5. Filter the boiled tapioca with seive.Let it cool down for a bit. 6. Mash them with spoon and keep aside. 7. Pour one to one&half tsp coconut oil in hot pan. 8. Add half tsp of mustard seeds and curry leaves. 9. Add chopped shallots , Dry chillies.Saute well. 10. Once shallot's raw smell goes down, add boiled tapioca. 11. Stir well for two minutes. 12. Garnish with grated coconut. Serve Hot and Enjoy!..
