Spicy Kumari Special Fish Fry Recipe
Sea food recipes are most popular in kanyakumari area.Today am going to share that how to make delicious and spicy kanyakumari style fish fry recipe.
Fish pieces- 6
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder- 3/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Dry Chillies- 4
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds- 1 tsp
Pepper Corns- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Salt(Per taste)
Rice flour - 1tsp
Corn flour - 1tsp
Curry leaves
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Oil (for frying)
INGREDIENTS:
Fish pieces- 6
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp

Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Rice flour - 1tsp
Corn flour - 1tsp
Curry leaves
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Oil (for frying)
METHOD:
- Put the pan on stove . Let it heat.
- Once the pan is hot, put the dry chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper corns, coriander seeds.
- Roast well on low flame for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add garam masala powder, turmeric powder and roast altogether.
- Turn off the stove and let it keep aside.
- Once the roasted spices are cooled down, put it in mixie jar and blend it like a rough powder without add any water.
- Now put the fish pieces in bowl and blended masala.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and salt per taste.
- Then add corn flour and rice flour.Add lemon juice or curd.Mix well.
- Let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Put the frying pan on the stove and pour enough oil for frying.
- Once the oil is hot, put the curry leaves.
- Then put the fish pieces one by one.
- Let it cook for low flame with closed lid. Fry on both sides and transfer it on serving plate.
- Tasty and crispy fish fry ready.Enjoy!
