Easy Sweet Milk Powder Burfi
Hello friends, Let's see how to make simple and easy sweet burfi from milk powder. Try this sweet and tasty recipe at your home and enjoy with your friends and family.
INGREDIENTS:
Milk powder- 1 cup
Powdered Cashew nuts- 2 tsp
Ghee- 2 tsp
Condensed milk as per taste
Grated almonds- 2 tsp
Grated Pistachio- 2 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
- Grease the tray with ghee.
- Turn on the stove and put the non stick pan on it.
- Once the pan is hot, pour 2 tsp ghee and put the milk powder.Roast well.
- Then add powdered cashew nuts and stir well without any lumps.
- Add condensed milk as per taste.(Note: If you don't have condensed milk , use milk and sugar as substitute.)
- Add 1 cup water and stir well on medium flame.
- Once the burfi thickens, reduce it on low flame and stir altogether.
- Once the burfi got thicker, turn off the stove .
- Transfer the milk powder burfi in greased tray and level the top with ghee greased spoon.
- Sprinkle some grated almonds and pistachios .Press it with spoon.
- Let it set for at least 15 minutes in room temperature.
- Cut the burfi in equal pieces and enjoy.
