Tasty mouthwatering Ghee Mysore pak Recipe

Today let's see how to make delicious mouthwatering Mysore Pak 😋 😋. INGREDIENTS : Gram flour-1cup Powdered sugar-1 1/2 cup Melted ghee- 11/2 cup Water(as required) METHOD : 1.Before started to make Mysore Pak,grease the tray with ghee. 2.Turn on the stove and put the heavy bottom pan. 3.Once the pan is hot,put the gram flour and roast well for 6 minutes. 4.Transfer the gram flour in other plate . 5.Pour 1 cup melted ghee in any bowl and let it keep aside for later use. 6.Put the roasted gram flour in the melted ghee. 7.Mix altogether with whisk without any lumps. 8.Pour 1 cup water in the heavy bottom pan and let it boil 9.Once it started to boil,put the powdered sugar and stir well. 10.Stir well until the sugar syrap became one string consistency. 11.Now put roasted gram flour and stir well. 12.Stir well on low flame until my...

INGREDIENTS: Fish pieces- 6 Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder- 3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp Dry Chillies- 4 Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds- 1 tsp Pepper Corns- 1 tsp Coriander seeds- 1 tsp Salt(Per taste) Rice flour - 1tsp Corn flour - 1tsp Curry leaves Lemon juice- 2 tsp Oil (for frying) METHOD:  Put the pan on stove . Hello friends, Let's see how to make simple and easy sweet burfi from milk powder. Try this sweet and tasty recipe at your home and enjoy with your friends and family. INGREDIENTS: Milk powder- 1 cup Powdered Cashew nuts- 2 tsp Ghee- 2 tsp Condensed milk as per taste Grated almonds- 2 tsp Grated Pistachio- 2 tsp Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp METHOD: Grease the tray with ghee. Turn on the stove and put the non stick pan on it. Once the pan is hot, pour 2 tsp ghee and put the milk powder.Roast well. Then add powdered cashew nuts and stir well without any lumps. Add condensed milk as per taste.(Note: If you don't have condensed milk , use milk and sugar as substitute.) Add 1 cup water and stir well on medium flame.
