POTATO BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
BOILED POTATOES - 4
ONION - 1 /4 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES - 2
RED CAPSICUM - 1/4 CUP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 3 tbsp
SALT TO TASTE
CORN FLOUR - 2 TBSP
OIL FOR FRYING
METHOD:
1.Boil and mash potatoes with masher.
2.Add required ingredients in the above ingredients list.
3.Mix well.
4.Make small balls with palm and keep aside.
5.Fry on medium heat until crispy golden colour.
6.Enjoy with ketchup or chutney varities.
