LOBSTER CURRY


-------------* INGREDIENTS *--------------- LOBSTER - 4(MEDIUM SIZE) FINELY CHOPPED ONION - 2 (LARGE SIZE) GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATO - 2 (LARGE SIZE) SLITTED GREEN CHILLIES - 2 WHOLE SPICES TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP FENNEL POWDER - 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER - 1 &1/2 TO 2 TSP PEPPER POWDER - 1 TO 2 TSP CURRY LEAVES SALT TO TASTE COCONUT OIL - 2 TBSP COCONUT MILK - 2 CUPS CORIANDER LEAVES ----------------* METHOD *---------------------- 1.Cut and Clean the lobster into pieces. 2.Pour 2 tbsp coconut oil in pan. 3.Add whole spices . 4.Add Curry leaves and slitted green chillies . 5.Add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste .Saute well . 6.Add chopped tomatoes and saute until it's raw smell goes down. 7.Add required masala powders and saute for one minute . 8Add cleaned lobster pieces and gently stir altogther. 9.Pour half cup of water and stir well. 10.Cook well for 5 minutes. 11.Pour coconut milk and mix well. 12.Add salt to taste. 13.Keep the lid closed and cook well for 10 to 12 minutes. 14.Garnish with coriander leaves. 15.Turn off the stove. 16.Delicious lobster curry is ready.
