BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

INGREDIENTS: Butter - 200 gram Powdered Sugar | Icing Sugar - 2 Cup or per taste Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp Food Colour (optional) - 1 to 2 drops

METHOD:

1.Take room temperature unsalted or salted butter . 2.Whisk it for 5 minutes on low speed. 3.After 5 minutes ,add vanilla essence. 4.Whisk for a minute. 5.Then sift the powdered sugar with sieve. 6.Gradually add and whisk it for 3 to 5 minutes.Do not overbeat the butter. 7.Delicious rich and silky buttercream or cake cream is ready for your baking recipes.
