Cheese Slice | How to make cheese slices at home
Cheese Slice Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
MILK - 1/2 CUP
BUTTER - 1 TSP
AGAR AGAR POWDER - 1 TSP
MOZZARELLA / CHEDDAR CHEESE - 1/4 CUP
METHOD:
1.Pour half cup of milk in milk pan.
2. Add half tsp of butter.
3.Add half tsp of agar agar powder.You can use china grass or gelatin powder instead of agar agar powder.
4. Mix well until agar agar dissolves in milk.
5. Let it boil
6. Add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese .
7. Mix well until shredded cheese dissolves in milk.
8.Cook well until it little thickens.
9.Once it little thick consistency, turn off the stove.
10.Pour the prepared cheese mix in parchment paper / glass bowl / tray.

11.Gently spread with spoon. |
12.Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.Otherwise keep it in room temperature until it set.
13.After 20 minutes, it's all been set.
14. Once it set well, cut off the edges with knife .
15. Slice the cheese sheet into four slices.
16.Perfect homemade cheese slices are ready.
Enjoy the cheese slice with bread sandwiches.
