Buttermilk recipe for cake





INGREDIENTS:

Room temperature milk - 2 cups White vinegar - 1 to 2 tbsp Curd - 1 to 2 tbsp METHOD - 1: 1.Pour one cup milk in any bowl. 2.Add white vinegar or lemon juice. 3.Stir well. 4.Let it sit for 10 minutes. 5.First Way buttermilk is ready. METHOD -2 : 1.Add one tbsp curd or yogurt in a cup of room temperature milk. 2.Stir well. 3.Instand buttermilk is ready. 4.Enjoy this buttermilk with your baking recipes.
