Homemade Bread Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR / MAIDA - 2 & 1/2 CUP
SUGAR - 1 TBSP
SALT - 1/4 TO 1/2 TSP
INSTANT DRY YEAST - 1& 1/4 TSP
LUKE WARM MILK - 1/2 CUP
LUKE WARM WATER - 1/2 CUP

METHOD:

1. Add maida , yeast, salt and sugar in large mixing bowl.








2. Mix all the dry ingredients well.


3.Pour haf cup of luke warm milk and mix well.


4.Gradually add luke warm water and stir well.


5.Knead the dough well for 10 to 15 minutes .


6.Soft and nin sticky bread dough is ready.


7.Grease the bowl with oil.


8.Apply some oil on the dough and place it in greased bowl.


9.Cover the dough with lid or cloth or cling wrap.


10.Place the bowl in dark warm place for one to 2 hour.


11.Dough risen after one hour . Punch the dough.



12.Knead the dough for 2 minutes.



13.Dust some flour in kitchen countertop.

14.Place the dough and roll it with rolling pin in rechtange shape.


15.Roll the sheet forward and make a cylinder shape.


16.Grease the bread tin with oil or butter.


17.Place the dough in tin and Apply some butter or oil on top of it.


18.Cover with lid or aluminium foil .


19.Bake it for 30 minutes  at  180°C .


20.After 30 minutes, take the tin out and remove the lid.
21.Apply some butter or oil on top of it.
22.Bake it for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden colour top.


23.Homemade white bread is ready.


24.Apply some butter on top of the bread.


25.Unmould the bread.
26. Let it cool down completly on cooling rack.


27.Once bread cooled down completley, slice the bread.




28.Serve and Enjoy with jam or butter..
