Mug Cake | One minute Chocolate mug cake recipe in microwave oven

INGREDIENTS:

Maida /All Purpose Flour - 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp Milk- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil - 1 & 1/2 tbsp to 2 tbsp Salt - pinch Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp Choco Chips (optional) - as per taste

METHOD:

1.Put all the above ingredients in any microwave safe mug. 2.Mix well without any lumps. 3.Microwave for one minute. 4.Garnish with powdered sugar and choco chips. 5.Serve and Enjoy. Note: If you have below 800W microwave oven, it will take 2 to 3 minutes to bake.
