INGREDIENTS:
QUAIL/ KAADAI - 4 CURD - 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER - 2 TO 3 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER - 3/4 TSP CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP CHICKEN 65 MASALA - 1 TSP RICE FLOUR - 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR - 1 TBSP SALT PER TASTE OIL FOR FRYING HANDFUL OF CURRY LEAVES METHOD:
1. Add all the ingredients with cleaned quails. 2. Mix well. 3. Refrigerate for half to one hour. 4. Deep fry in hot oil. 5. Squeezh lemon on fried quails and serve. Enjoy.
