Rose apple dessert


INGREDIENTS:

SUGAR - 5 SPOON
ROSE APPLE - 20 TO 25 NO'S
GHEE - 1 TSP
CEYLON CINNAMON POWDER - 1/4 TSP
PINCH OF SAFFRON


METHOD:

1. POUR 1 TSP GHEE IN HOT PAN.
2. ONCE GHEE IS MELTED, ADD CHOPPED ROSE APPLE PIECES.STIR WELL.
3. ADD 5 SPOON OF SUGAR . AND 1/4 TSP OF CEYLON CINAMON POWDER.
4. ADD PINCH OF SAFRON
5. STIR WELL UNTIL THICKENS.
6. ONCE IT THICKENS, TURN OFF THE STOVE.
7. LET IT COOL DOWN COMPLETELY.
8. REFRIGERATE AND SERVE..ENJOY...!
