Rava Pudding|Caramel Rava Pudding in Tamil

INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 1/2 litre Sugar - 5 tsp Rava/ Semolina - 3 tsp Salted Butter - 1 tsp Sugar - 3 tsp for caramel syrup Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp Egg - 2 METHOD: 1.Grease the baking tray with butter. 2. In a hot pan, put 3 tsp sugar and make a caramel syrup. 3. Once the syrup became light golden colour, transfer to the greased tray. 4. Add 1 tsp salted butter in hot pan. 5. Once butter is melted, pour 1/2 litre milk. 6. Once the milk is boiled, add 5 tsp sugar. 7. Stir well until sugar dissolves. 8. Then add 3 tsp rava and mix well. 9. Once it little thickens, turn off the stove. 10. Beat two eggs along with 1/4 tsp vanilla essence(optional) in any bowl. 11. Pour this beaten eggs in milk-rava mixture. 12. Mix well without any lumps. 13. Pour this pudding mix in greased tray. Close with lid/aluminium foil. 14. Place this tray on idli plate in idli cooker. 15. Allow to cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes. 16. Poke with knife or toothpick to know it's cooked inside or not. 17. Once it cooled down, transfer to the serving plate. 18. Cut into equal pieces. 19. Refrigerate , serve and enjoy.
