INGREDIENTS: 1. POTATO- 3 2. SALT AND PEPPER POWDER PER TASTE 3. OIL FOR FRYING METHOD: 1.Take the potatoes and peel off the skin. 2. Slice the potatoes into the ice cold water.Mix well to release the starch. 3. Wash well 2 to 3 times in clean water. 4. Drain the water and pat dry with kitchen towel. 5. Once it dried, deep fry in hot oil. 6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper powder per taste. 7. Serve Hot and enjoy..
