Instant Mango Pickle


INGREDIENTS:

RAW MANGO - 1 TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP SALT PER TASTE SESAME/GINGELLY OIL - 2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/2 TSP DRY CHILLIES - 2
CURRY LEAVES


METHOD:
1. Chop the mangoes into small sized cubes.
2. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt per taste.
3. Mix well.
4. Add 2 tsp gingelly oil in hot tadka pan.
5. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves and 2 dry chillies.
6. Pour this hot oil mixture over the spicy mangoes.
7. Mix well with spoon.
8. Once it cooled down, store it in air tight container.Refrigerate and Serve.
